EBS Green 4 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage Change
EBS is today announcing an interest rate decrease to its PDH Green 4 Year Fixed rate for Mortgages in the Republic of Ireland.
The new Green Fixed rate will be available to new and existing customers and will be effective from 09 April 2024.
EBS PDH Green Fixed Rate:

| Green 4 Year Fixed Rate | 3.75% | 3.55% |
To request a change to the interest rate on your mortgage you must complete the customer information and section 2 of the Home Loan Interest Rate Application Form. Please print and complete the form ensuring it is signed by all parties to the mortgage and email to info@ebs.ie. Alternatively, return to the address shown on the form.

Yes (subject to meeting the eligibility criteria for the EBS Green 4 Year Fixed Rate), if you already have a Fixed rate on your mortgage, this rate will remain until the expiry of that Fixed Rate. If you were to move rate you will need to consider that an Early Breakage Charge may be applicable. Please contact your Mortgage Advisor who will provide you with further details on this.
